“We would recommend Sue to anyone looking for a celebrant who creates a ceremony with the perfect mix of romance and fun!”
Millee + Alex: Maiden Gully Private Property wedding
Originally from Melbourne, I am in love with the Central Victorian Goldfields. My job is hitching loved up couples in all sorts of fabulous places around Bendigo and beyond. I live with my husband, Rob, on a small property at Shelbourne East. When I'm not working you may find me walking in the bush (I know some wonderful locations for bush weddings), singing with my choir or having a cold beverage by our dam. I also love travel, movies, a good red wine and baking sweet treats. I am a great listener, caring and friendly but also highly organised and professional. I promise to exceed your expectations about how unique and enjoyable your ceremony can be in creating something that is perfect for you; no fill-in-the-gaps ceremonies here! As an experienced writer and public speaker, I will enjoy telling your love story to your family and friends with warmth, confidence and enthusiasm. I have an extensive toolkit of resources (poetry, readings, ceremony design ideas, examples of vows, rituals etc) that we can use as we create your ceremony together. My wish is to get your wedding off to a sensational start, hopefully with smiles, laughter and a few happy tears. I want your guests to be heading off to the rest of your celebrations with love in their hearts, having really enjoyed the ceremonial (and most important) part of the day. Give me a call to see if you like the sound of my voice or would like to meet up for a further chat.
“You have a natural gift and working with you, you can see how passionate you are to make everyone’s nuptials so memorable; you truly care about what you do!”
Kiri and Kyle, Mitchelton Winery
“We had wonderful feedback from our guests about how warm and fun our ceremony was and how it reflected us as a couple”.
